    Get picked in a fair draw

    When a spare comes up, fans of the artist are entered into a draw weighted to people who love them. No bots, no racing to refresh.

  3. Step 3

    It lands before doors

    You'll know you've got it well in advance. The ticket unlocks an hour before doors, so nobody can flip it.

Is it really free?

Yes. Giving and getting tickets is free while we launch. If we add paid face-value sales later, there'll be a small fee on those sales only, shown upfront. Giving a ticket away will always be free.

Why does my ticket only arrive an hour before doors?

So nobody can grab a free ticket and resell it. You'll know you've got it well before then, so you can plan your night. The ticket itself unlocks an hour before doors.

How do you decide who gets a ticket?

Fans who follow the artist are entered into a fair draw, with a better chance for people who clearly love them. If the first person can't make it, it passes to the next.

Which tickets work?

At launch we're focusing on London gigs and club nights. That covers tickets you can transfer in apps like Dice, plus PDF and wallet tickets. Named tickets and football tickets can't be passed on.

What do you do with my data?

We use your artists, scenes and area only to match tickets with the right fans. We never sell your data, and you can delete it at any time.
